Joshua Eli's Quick Verbal Tactics Dot Com is an interesting online evaluation or "temperament" test for your people skills.  It evaluates the four factors in your temperament: dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance.  I came out as a "DCsi".  You'll have to figure out what that means on your own by reading the material on his web site.
